I thought the squad looked nice and trim and I'm not talking in terms of numbers .

The one exception was..............
Accentuate th Positive, eliminate the negative

Jamie Winter likes his pies
A moment on the lips - a lifetime on the thighs
I'm writing this as Anderson bowls a yorker
But not thinking cricket - just about a Scots' Porker!

I'm told Richardson has a great deal of faith in Winter and is quoted as saying "If he could get fit, he'd be in the Premier League".

Now putting to one side whether or not he was referring to the Blue Square Premier League, you have to ask: given his time at Saltergate and our much vaunted nutritionist/fitness coach's input, if he's not fit now just when will Winter ever get fit?
Never underestimate the stupidity of people

I don't think the team had a fitness problem last season. Which to me suggests its an individual problem and not a failing on the nutritionists/fitness coach.

Only just watched this vid. Don't see the unfit thing myself. I think it's just the way Winter is built...he sort of looks broad-chested from the front but doesn't look a heffer from side on. I too give him the benefit of the doubt for the time being

what amused me though was the piece of footage at 6:12...if some of the rumours from last season are to be believed, that's highly ironic

Thought Jack looked just as big as Winter.... And the telly always makes you look bigger than you really are (or so they say)
