Hi Pete
Can you please remind us all who the Board members were at the last formal meeting? Do you have the last minutes? I think I must have been Secretary as I was custodian of the members database and I remember handing it over to Mrs Taylor (Phil's wife) as she was membership secretary of the supporters club. My recollection, which might be completely wrong, was not that CFSS became dormant, but that it was subsumed into the supporters club.

Dave
From memory (I do not have the memory-stick with the latest minutes) the last elected Board was:
John Croot- Chairman
Ian Browes- Young Spireites
Peter Whiteley
Sharon Needham- Membership Secretary*
Lucy Needham*
Jean Roper*
David Whiteley*
Margaret Cook
Roy Willetts
Mick Umney- Treasurer*
Jane Umney- Company Secretary*
Those marked have tendered their resignation, while Roy and Margaret were still within their three years.

Bump
Just for info as I don't think this has any practical value....
It turns out that in July 2009 I used Google Drive to store a copy of the CFSS Membership database in the 'Cloud'. I had no idea it was there as I don't know how I did it. It came to light when I bought a new Chrome Book last week and it told me.
These are the personal, confidential, details and payment schedules of 3607 members.
I thought I'd record the fact on here so that everybody knows about it's existance and location in case a bona fida use for it crops up at any time.
