What about them claiming a "springbox"(note spelling) is somehow something to do with the Stags.

I'm at liberty not to say what I know about potential changes on our own board

That's an odd choice of phrase Luke, the usual term is 'not at liberty to say' (ie I can't say) but you've chosen to say you're free not to say something, which doesn't make sense.

Was this an accidental slip?
If you tell the truth, you don't have to remember anything.

Not sure who runs this site these days. You do realise if you don't pay now, you're putting your entire e-bay account in jeopardy!

I won't tell anyone what you're up to, but I can be equally as sure someone will... :-)

Oh no, someone had already put in a bid above me ... I just pushed their automated bid up as far as I dared. I'd have to go to Mansfield to pick it up anyway, so ...

It's just unbelievable..one says that because the accounts are prior to their promotion to the League when all the league add ons are included the accounts next season will be much healthier!
Staggering, simply staggering!

another was saying the 66k a month would be covered by the 3G pitches!!!

Hey Luke.

The 2/3 budget cut. I accept that by cutting the funding the budget for playing staff would also have to be cut - but are there other overheads that could be slashed first? are there family/friends on the payroll at MTFC that would be cut before that amount of playing staff?

Second thing - Will he sell MTFC to H+S for £1 then receive payments on his loans, and rent for the stadium?

Is his "long term" plan to secure the ground, let MTFC go under and then use the land?

A new hope.

Drivel, contradiction, evasion, denial.....or just plain lies.

It's the same old story with this sad act.

I'm not sure if he's incredibly stupid or genuinely doesn't know the difference between truth and fiction.

Probably both.

But anyway, perhaps we should remember these figures are from last year, and since then our little neighbours have been losing a hundred grand per month. Subsequently it's reasonable to assume their debt is now nearer six million. And this at a club with no assets, very limited facilities and only a tiny fanbase. My guess is that the Mansfield Circus Master is keeping the club ticking along in the desperate hope he can salvage something - anything - of the millions he's loaned. However there'll come a point, perhaps if a judge finds in favour of Hymas and Saunders, when he'll have no choice but to cut his losses and file for administration.

Never mind though, the Staglets will always have that day at the Proact.....

And the saddest truth of all is that they'd have taken that trade off.

Their website is truly tragic.

Celebrating goals, results and events from decades ago whilst cherry-picking or twisting figures in a bid to assuage their embarrassment...it's beyond pathetic.

But then as we've been so superior, for so long, both on and off the pitch, I guess such desperate straw grasping is all they have left.

I think it's sent some of them a bit crackers. I genuinely hadn't realised but each to their own I suppose. They'll feel really empty when they see us disappearing out of this division and all they can shout is '1-0'. By then no one will be listening.
