Appols for lack of board today.
We got hit twice today, the first which was easy to deal with, the second was like an extremely nerdy murder mystery to sort out.
we're ok for now, but when we got attacked before, we got hit several times.
May take board offline to do some more updates later but need to spend some time with the missus and the tv.
(how dare they interrupt an epidose of dr who? pete, surely at capital offence!)

Likewise for the snap-back! sorry 'bout that!
{holds out peace pipe!}
I'd just got over the panic of thinking i couldn't find the damn problem and found the solution quite flukily, so the nerd-adrenaline was flowing!

Anyway, all water under the bridge now. I rarely hold grudges.
But either way, we must sort out a pint before a pre-season match to shake hands properly.

Cheers!

Any decent anti-virus software should have stopped them. What do you use?

If you don't have good software then I recommend AVG which is free for domestic use and performs as well as the ones you buy.

Once downloaded it will scan your computer and should remove the problems.

Housecall is a pretty decent online scan. (has been playing up lately tho...)

Boot into safe mode and run AVG as well.

New Windows Defender (beta) is a pretty good bet as well, popped up on mine and AVG deleted straight away and then WD cleared rest off.
