I think they were hinting at his lack of skill somehow getting him to the summit of the championship rather than how it was possible to sign a contract at this time. I agree with them if so.

Micah Evans was absolute pony. He's either improved massively or pulled the wool over Dyche's eyes.

is Dyche'y the kind of manager to have the wool pulled over his eyes?

Or just maybe, the kid just shine during his 1 league start, and 2 x 30 minute league sub appearances for us??

Burnley take these kind of players a lot apparently. I suppose if 10 fail and one develops into something decent then its worth it - they have had some success with supposed cast offs in the past. He will be in their development squad not first team.

And probably on naff all in terms of wages as well. As you say just taking a punt on someone and if after a year they release him then its not cost them a lot.

Chances are it wont and thats no different to the majority of young players up and down the country. He's obviously done enough to earn a shot on a short contract and a chance to earn a better one...its a cheap gamble for Burnley and nothing really to lose.

As has been mentioned as well we saw him in fleeting appearances in a crap side.

Temitope Obadeyi rejoins Shez at Plymouth.

Shez was obviously blown away by his performances for us!

don't think he will solve Plymouth's goalscoring problems. Wasn't he the speedy guy on the wing who never got a cross in?

Just checked he's scored today!

I was looking at odds earlier for this game and Colin Larkin came up as first goal scorer as a bet. Didn't realise he was still playing
