All eyes on Edgbaston now because if Surrey win I can't see us making it. We'll be bottom and Surrey's last game v Yorkshire is very much in their favour as the tykes now have nothing to play for.

Surrey lose by 6 wickets after an unbroken 5th wicket stand of 155 between Javid and Woakes. All set up for an intriguing final set of games!

More straightforward now - I think...

Derbyshire have to win and a low scoring result in the Notts v Somerset match please.

Forecast looks OK next week so can't rely upon a draw in the latter as that could involve too many bonus points.

If we end up tied on points it comes down to whoever has won the most matches first which would put us ahead of either of the other two.

What a brilliant day in Oxford.Cant wait until Tuesday.Hope Wes and Chesney are back and we do our upmost to win.If Broad and Swanny are back for Notts .Fingers crossed and still Saturday to look forward to.Need Barabas to charm the wicket
