I'm tol the medical was today at Walton hospital and he'll sign Monday if the club is happy with the report

He's been offered 70k relocation fee, 4k a week, plus £500 per game on a 3 year deal. We really are breaking the bank this season

TBH if he signs, this squad would be looking good in the division above, never mind L2. I guess uncle dave wants championship football more than we do!!!

2000 extra fans per game on the seasons average would cover it though.

Not according to Evatt it wasn't, he did name the place the medical would take place, but I've forgotten it.

At the time it was being widely reported he was training with them and after the crock of rumours we get on here generally at the time it seemed as far fetched as others we've heard.
