Not sure if we are whipping boys, a soft touch or laughing stock.

Lack of experience and probably some batsman that are not quite up to the task in the long run. Getting relegated isnt a disaster and some will be better for the experience but not sure we recruited quite right in the summer. Think as well as Shiv, who has disappointed a bit as well, we should have pushed the boat out to get a bit more division 1 tried batting.

I don't think any batsmen are up to div one excluding Chanderpaul, as I am sure he would play better with a more solid top deck. Also I am really not sure who will be better for the experience of getting beaten every week.

We need 19 more runs to avoid being bowled out for under a 100 in our last two championship innings.

Just experience from knowing what is required more than anything else. Having played a lot of cricket myself i've experience of getting relegated and then knowing what was required to stop it from happening and we improved because of it. Same players got promoted straight back the year after then followed it by winning the division we'd been relegated from at a canter stronger and better.

Mental toughness in question I feel rather than skill levels. We seem incapable of both batting and bowling well in the same match.

Yes and this is partly what i suggest that folk will learn from playing in Div 1 even if we are relegated. Hopefully toughen them up and the experience will make them better.

We will be better for the experience next year but it ain't much fun while it happens! Fingers crossed the t20 provides some relief as we really ought to get a quarter final place.

Massive disappointment tonight after being in a strong position 3/4 of the way through

Chandrapaul needing a runner was even worse news

Could be a long week at Queens Park

That is one way of looking at it, but it is getting to the stage where it could end up being quite traumatic with some of these collapses

I never thought we would do this badly

I suppose the way the championship works two wins and things could look a bit different

I feel like I'd rather have a wasp in my ear than being sat next to them today. We nearly won but hey ho at least it saves me booking a spot for the quarter finals.

There must have been a terrible smell of pork scratchings

What was that run chase al about though, hopeless I thought

What chance of Durston and Chandrapaul being fit for the county game?

How you can lose a T20 game with wickets in hand (and plenty off) is beyond me.
