What's happened to waddle jr? Did he leave at seasons end? Can't remember hearing anything or I've forgotten anyway.

Couldn't find a suitable thread ask on and didn't wanna start a new 1.

He ended up at Sheffield FC.

Edit: Remembered that was just a loan wasnt it... his Twitter mentions something about Sweden.

he was put on the transfer list in January and released at the end of the season

last season's trialist Chris Sedgwick has signed for Bury. It looked like his legs had gone then, doubt he'll have improved any in the interim. Doesn't sound like they'll be challenging this year if this is their standard.

Craig Westcarr has got a one year deal at Walsall. Apparently he bagged five last season so perhaps he worked out the offside rule. Anyone know if they play him up front or out wide?

They play him as a striker. His preferred and most suitable role in my opinion. Never found his feet when playing as a winger for us and we never really found a suitable partner for him up front

Forgot all about westcarr (oops). I think it could have worked out for him here this year fwiw. Good supply to him from the flanks ect... Never forget the headed goal vs Carlisle.

Sure Doyle + Rico will do the business tho all the same.
