On the football rumours website but it says we have signed Adam Reed on a 3 year contract.
Released by Sunderland, 22 years old
Been on loan at various clubs including Brentford, Bradford, Leyton Orient, Portsmouth and York.

Probably wont be true but thought it was worth a mention.

he sounds the sort of player we would be interested in, and we are being linked with dozens who sound similar all over the web, but the 3 yrs does sound OTT. I'm sure it's fantasy. Not to say we won't sign him though, after all, with all the players we're being linked with, the law of coincidence says that one will eventually be right. I've yet to see one mentioned on that particular site come to fruition though.

A 2 year deal would take him a month over his 24th birthday - so if we are signing him and they think he's got potential, then a 2 year deal is a no no.
