Now Mr Abramovic (?) has swallowed some pride and gone back to what he knows works. Will he swallow some more pride and take Ray Wilkins back aswell?
Since he left its just been one train wreck after another for the second CFC team.

I know it's not got anything to do with us but there's not much else happening outside of football rumours at the moment.

I'm glad he's back , but would have been nice to see him take on a new challenge , maybe at Man City

Train Wreck? I gather you're referring to the lack of stability on the managerial front with the amount of managers they've had since his departure.

Since he left they've won the Champions League and Europa League, FA Cup and Premiership title. Not to bad that.

There's not much more AF could have won as a club manager since about 1991, but he still carried on for all these years.

I would have loved to have seen Mourinho and Fergie go head to head on the touchline once again, maybe Fergie got wind of his only true rival and jump ship, knowing another battle was probably be the end of him?

I think Moyes is a decent appointment for United but I also think the title is beyond him next season. Its Mourinho's to lose IMHO.

Glad he's back as I really like the bloke. Not looked at the odds but if still third favourites I'd be tempted to back Chelsea for the league.

Most thought Mourhino was coming to United,i didn't want him,he isn't the type to manage Man Utd,not sure how Moyes will do but he has a good team to start off with....

Lately i have criticised Fergie in the team he has selected in some matches,i think it was time he stood down,his record speaks for itself,best to finish at the top,Matt Busby had a different time as manager what with Munich,then had to deal with George Best,he retired then came back to run the team,best thing that happened to United after Busby was getting relegated to the old second division,this revitalised them and they never looked back,played some great football and signed some great players,i would love town to emulate them but overall i am happy with what i have seen at town,i just want to see them in second tier if only for a season....i think i have more chance of winning the lottery though...

Moyes is a decent manager, but has never won anything, or had any real experience of big games as a manager. He also has never really had to handle expectation. He must win things and he has massive expectation on him immediately, despite Fergie's rallying call to the fans.

Much like at our own club, he needs to hit the ground running (a favourable eearly fixture list would help massively as the other big 3 will smell blood!) otherwise the peasents will revolt!

As Goku says i am biased where Man Utd are concerned but i think Man Utd is a step up to what Everton is,looking at last season we can say there is 5 teams that will challenge at the top next season,we could include Everton depending who they get to manage and Liverpool if they get rid of there manager.....

Manchester United, Chelsea and Manchester City. These will be the top three next season, and what ever order it ends up being, it won't surprise me.

Arsenal and Spurs will fight for 4th and 5th again, then Liverpool for 6th. Can't see this being way off the mark.

IMO, Everton won't finish in top 6.
