One game on a night when we would have made any League 2 and quite a few League 1 sides look silly. His fellow professionals voted him in the team of the year as well. Lester has had plenty of off games so was he crap based on those performances?

Signing for Mansfield on a 3 year contract I've been informed! Vale only offered him a 1 year deal!

Heard similar on the Mansfield rumour. Be a good signing for any L2 side as long as he's played next to someone pretty mobile. He looked like a mug next to Clayton MacDonald when we went to VP last year.

Thank God Mansfield have got him. If Trotmans no longer good enough for us then I cant see how Cresswell would be. A 35 year old tore him a new ringpiece and that was two years ago. The commentary always makes me laugh from that game, "Lester just has too much pace for Rotherhams back line". Pace and Lester dont belong in the same sentence.

I think we've dodged a turd here.

2 years ago when lester was arguably in the form of his life.

Cresswell is a very good defender for this level, 5x the player trotman is who some believed was on par with rio Ferdinand and shouldn't have been released.

It makes you wonder what some people watch during a game as it doesn't appear to be anything out on the pitch. Creswell is a far better player than Trottman and would be a good addition. Can't see us getting him mind
