Agreed. With Ward and Lester teams didn't stand much of a chance of a clean sheet against us.

Got to laugh when people say goalscoring midfielder now, given he was a very prolific striker when he was here.

Tried finding it early to advise of Clayton MacDonalds loan move to Bristol Rovers from Vale, but it was missing!!

following on from the above, it's an interesting game in the conference tonight, Niven v Allott. Also Fleming is in goal for Grimsby, Ford and Artus are on the bench, with Lomax and Sedgewick playing for Hyde. Ex Spireites galore. Currently 0-0 with 40 mins gone.

Edit: oh and Mark Allott has got booked.

Add Ross Hannah who is up front for Grimsby it's adds to the local interest. Incidentally, Ross was coveted on here by some as the answer to our goal scoring problems a few years ago whilst at Matlock.
