Lets Hope Sheridan Gets Another Job

With Wright and Crossley still in the picture this is not going to work. Wright and Crossley were desperate to get the job and you could tell this by their recent interviews about the situation dragging on and wanting the Board to make a decision.
Does anyone honestly think they will want Cook to succeed when they didn't get the job. Not a chance.

I think you will find that their standards were not good enough as proved by the last 4 results at home.

Depends if I wanted the job
If the answer to the above is YES - Then I would just get another job.
If the answer to the above is NO - Then carry on as normal.

With John Sheridans issues - those talked about - appearance/attitude - linked to those not talked about but known about - will result in him not working in pro football again in my opinion.

I'd like Sheriden to get another job in football for different reasons.
I'm 30 and he's given me the best season ever, for that 1 season we had quality players, played attacking fluent sexy football and didn't lose back to back in the league.he should be proud of himself for this. We are Chesterfield FC Afterall, and how often do we have something to smile about? Somewhere along the line it didn't work for one reason or another and rightly so he had to eventually go.
However, if he can give another team and another set of fans the buzz and happiness I felt in 2010-2011 season then good on him. He still has something to offer as a football manager

He will get another job at a club such as Macclesfield

Sheridan and Accrington do not really sound like a match made in heaven to me.
He'd have to work on a much tighter budget and therefore target a lower calibre of player and would thus need to try and plug the shortfall through increased work rate/team spirit/fitness. Based on the rumours on here regarding training it would seem a tough gig for him.

I'm afraid if that's the case I hope either JS gets a job and asks for TW as his number two or TW leaves to pursue his carear elsewhere as there's no future at the club for players and Officials with mixed loyalty.
It could just be the sulks after DA's Interview and PC Pre Match comments but the extra training on Sunday may show them the light.
Hope it was just me reading too much in to things on Saturday and PC hasn't cleared the air properly with the players and TW.
Six days training this week and then the F A Cup should give him enough time before the Bradford Massive game next week to see the difference he's making.
