By his own admission, Mr Allen knows very little about the finer detail of professional football.
He therefore trusts his significant monetary investment in CFC in the hands of Mr Hubbard (& Ms Wilby), Mr Sheridan, Mr Wright & Mr Turner (do you see the trend Chris?).

Fantastic press conference Mr Allen, agree with every thing you said. However, a number of us have been saying for over a year now that opposition players look fitter, faster & stronger than ours. Has your "professonal" advisor recently pointed this out to you (if so, why has it taken a year?) or did you work it out for yourself ( if so, why hasn't your "advisor" pointed this out before now?).

I thought Mr Allen looked rather disgruntled at the press conference & this also came across in the interview with RS (perfectly understandeable given the money he has "invested" in CFC). Lot's of talk about players & managers this week, but the biggest issue facing CFC at the moment is a frustrated Dave Allen & his apparent dwindling interest in the club. If he walks we are in serious trouble!

he wont walk til he gets a return on his money, i thought he looked embarrased not disgruntled and well he should, as for turner, he should be nervous now because he will be the next one allen will blame for cfc failure.

Da is now interested in how the team trains, performs, players brought in etc...... This can only be a good thing for us town fans.
It may have cost us a year of complete fork ups and heart ache but things will now get better, I hope anyway

Like it or not, ever since Mr. Turner has come into the club it has all gone downhill.

The rot started before his arrival though he has not turned things around
