Can he not comment based on the scoreline? We lost at home today to the bottom club in the football league.

It doesn't take a genius to work out we were below par (that's putting it mildly)

He's commenting on a keeper he has not seen play

I was referring to Slayter's comment that he couldn't comment on games he didn't go to. I was not referring to WS comments on our goalie. Everyone has a right to comment whether they go to a game or not. No one, particularly Slayter has the right to say who can and who cannot make comments.

Slayter is being hypocritical..

I have heard enough about O'Donnell to know that all you need to do is shoot from distance to score. That says enough for me.

Forgive me if I'm wrong but I think mr cook in tonight's peak interview says supporters get behind the team etc etc, in other words of you're not interested then fu** off, Walton troll is in the **** off camp

Well the save he made was from distance at Exeter and it ensured we came home with 3 points, you should not believe all you hear, afterall they might not go to all games either :o

No I don't think it's fair anyone commenting on a Team based on the scoreline specially if they didn't attend the game they are talking about.

1-0 tells a person What exactly apart from we lost.

Does it tell you how well/bad the Keeper played - NO
Does it tell you how we played with just Jack up front - NO
Does it tell you we played to Jacks strengths or did we pump it up to Jacks head where he was beaten in the air everytime by a 6ft 5 monster - NO
Does it tell you how many attempts we had - NO
Does it tell you how well several players had played - NO

How many times have we played well over the last few years and lost and in reverse how many times have we played bad and won......

Although I don't rate our reserve keeper, he's no good with anything along the deck, he wasn't to blame for today's defeat.
It was another poor poor performance with a formation that a five year old might have gone with, I rather hoped that Cook might have made a eary sub once he saw we were playing with one attacker at home, Spain might do it but they have a team of footballers not fools that hump a long ball up to Lester on his own surrounded by 2 centre halfs a foot taller than he is....Football is a very simple game unfortunately played by a lot of people with a similar intelligence.
I hope todays defeat serves the purpose of showng cook what a challenge he has on his hands.
