b) Replace Bowery so that the striking department is back to a reasonable level of strength/depth?

If we are all to get behind the club and support them generally AS YOUR GOODSELF SUGGESTED recently ..... Then, are these indeed the kind of questions we should be asking ???
Don't bother to reply .....

Thats a fair point - Richards, Westcarr Lester and Boden can score enough at this level if good chances are created for them.

a) rubbish
b) More rubbish
quality crosses into the strikers get goals not pace
and for the money we have and the situation of the club who would not ( in L2) take Richards Lester Westcarr

I seem to remember the lad from Man.C last season could catch pigeons - problem was he couldn't play football nevermind cross one.
The best winger I've ever seen? John Robertson.

which clubs in our league have signed 2 pacey wingers?
I thoughr you didn't rate Bowery? If not then he shouldn't need replacing as you wouldn't have played him anyway?

If he signs, get Westy on the right. Drew to RB and Forbes to CB.

I hope tonight has dispelled any thoughts anybody had about Westcarr playing wide.
I felt sorry for him. Looked like a fish out of water. No matter how hard he tried, he did the wrong thing or ended up in the wrong position.

Yes Westcarr was out of position but quite frankly he didn't seem interested. If the ball wasn't directly at him he barely moved. Clearly well cheesed off with something and never acknowledged the crowd which will not have done him any favours.

EEE - I don't know and frankly I don't care. Wrong re your second point. My only doubt was whether Jordan would make it as an out and out striker as I don't feel he is a natural striker.
