Spot on, Hector.
I don't care where any of our players come from.

As soon as they put on the blue shirt, they're a CFC player and will get my support.
It's not the despair. I can take the despair. It's the hope I can't stand.

Its the irony of signing injury prone players
ITS NOT THE WINNING,ITS THE TAKING APART

One thing about signing ex Wednesday players is that some of them, like this chap and Talbot, will have played in the championship, so therefore at a higher level than any ex oldham players than aren't over the hill.

I was looking on soccerbase at EE, one game where he may have got injured as he didn't play again for a while he was replaced by none other than Wade Small.

Its ok him coming here and having a trial the big question is where do we get the money from to give him a contract? Unless he signs on a pay-as-you-play deal otherwise I can't see us signing him even if he is what we are looking for.

He may take a one year contract on lower wages than he was on before, simply to p lay football again.

The fitness issue may not be such a problem in L2 where he could get away with playing at 80% rather than 100% in the championship and slowly build his fitness.
A new hope.

Perhaps him and Di Canio didn't quite get on.

If we DO sign him, the misspellings of his name on here will make Tendakyiwa Drewakwa seem minor in comparison ^_^

What my cousin says about him....."Very talented winger. Champ quality if he could stay fit. Inconsistent but prefers a team that play passing football. Think of wade small but higher skill level technically."

Danny Wilson ex SWFC is many Spireites favourite to be our dream manager, but not Laws because of his S6 connections?

Sure i've just seen a tweet about Laws going to manage in Ireland.

I think we have to get over this selective 'ex Wednesday' nonsense. I mean Talbot is ex SWFC, Rich O'Donnell did very well for us against WWFC and Danny Wilson ex SWFC is many Spireites favourite to be our dream manager, but not Laws because of his S6 connections?

Given the amount of players Wednesday have been through in their quest for a return to the top flight, its difficult to find a half decent player who hasn't played for them at some stage in their career!!
