Bev, you want a good younger manager to take you back to former glories, it is a real shame to see a big club languishing at these levels.

I also wish we had a chairman like yours - he has made you debt free, subsidises the running costs and gives the manager money to spend. That side must be heaven compared with what we have.

Bob

Debt free?. where did you get that from?

So, you think Eaden is better than Picken, Brechin better than Hazell, Gerrard better than Roche?. That's money very well spent!!!!.
Get it on, bang the gong , get it on

Listen to the chairmans statement on the Forest site, he says the club is completely debt free. He cleared all their debts and funds the shortfall from his own pocket - that is teh sort of chairmant we need not you mate.

I never said anything about their players so learn to read.

It's a little difficult to understand gibberish. I've never wanted to be chairmant.
So, has their Chairman gifted them the money, or is it a loan?. If it is a loan, then he's done much the same as our Chairman.

ok I scewed up I really need to replace the batteries in this wireless keyboard (and myself). What I meant to type was 'that is the sort of chairman we need not your mate'

Not loans, gifts by the way. Completely different from loaning at 6%.

Both Heart 106 & TalkSport were talking about how Doughty used his own money to clear the debts at the start of this season. One would assume if he's cleared the debt it's not sat on the balance sheet as a liability owed to the Chairman!
