and the whole perspective changes.... we have proven we can mix it with the big hitters .. if we can emulate anything like that first half performance against Huddersfield and get three points, the balance shifts yet again.... the players will be confident... the fans will be jubilant and far more optimistic than they have this week..... season is far from over!

We will win on Saturday. Trust me, I predicted 0-1 on Wednesday. (But we do need a forward.)

We have nothing to fear against the Shrimpers - we played well at their place. Just as importantly is the points tally - a win for us leaves just 9 points between us whereas a defeat for us gives them a massive 15 points difference. That's it then - we need to win, full stop.

can't knock the lad for pace, enthusiasm, commitment...he's also one of the best strikers we've had for turning a man and close control. He can spin both ways from a centre-half with the ball under control at all times. Only Tcham comes close but his control is a bit more wild and flamboyant

His shooting on Weds was poor again, after all the hard work! So yes, shin it in, ar~e it in, or with Nicholson out give him the penalty rather than Hall

just score...please score...for me everything was going well until the missed 1-on-1 vs Orient in the cup...not scored (or even looked like it) since
flat-pack my ar se

The over-head kick on Wednesday was very, very close though... Would have been an excellent goal for the lad.

Lets hope so! We always seem to raise our game against teams that are expected to beat us. If we start nice and positively, get the first goal it could be a good win!

Too right.

Was unlucky with the acrobatics like Lorraine said though, he's getting nearer... :)

Come on Colin keep battling away, a goal will come soon. His effort is faultless. I think we can win the game and like most of you have said it will be game on again.

How about -

Hall
Larkin
Hurst
O'Hara
Downes or Blathers
Allott

We have bags of potential scorers who have been missing out lately, but at least one of them will start bagging goals again, and I don't see why it shouldn't be tomorrow.

No don't give him the penalty to take unless its in the last minute and we are 3-0 up.

He missed a few penalties at the stags you know so don't increase the pressure on him please.
