Mark Hudson ended the season at West Auckland Town, where his dad is involved

http://www.westauckl...age=mark-hudson

his deal was till the end of the season but he still appears on the club's current players page. He played for them at wembley in last year's FA Vase final -they lost

You wonder where it all went wrong for him.

A little less attitude & greed I suspect would have extended his league career.

browzing the web, I see Luke Beckett ended last season at Goole in the NPL, according to Wiki Chris Perkins is studying Geology at University in Portsmouth (and given their finances could be called into the Pompey team  ), Tcham N'Toya is still at Maccabi Herzliya F.C. in Israel and Martin Gritton was last heard of at Truro City

http://www.bbc.co.uk...otball/17447148

Truro are in the mire, with a WUP currently adjourned, and the subject of a transfer embargo. There are no player details on their website and there is no guarantee they will start the season. I'd imagine he'll move elsewhere if he can!

I think Luke Beckett was working as a personal trainer & Perks was at Adidas.

Good interview with Jamie Winter at Montrose

http://www.montrosef...e%20Winter.html

he originally signed a one year deal with them but as he is still shown as a current player on their website, I assume it has been extended

judging by the comments Sammy Clingan wasn't too popular at Cov. I'd be happy to have him back here! - he'd certainly be better off here than at either of the clubs he's being linked with

David Dowson signs for 'new club' Darlington 1883

http://www.thenorthe...n_new_signings/

Adam Rundle may or may not also be there. Their website is unhelpful although some reports suggest he is still there after playing through their problems last season

Didn't realise that. I go to watch Goole occasionally as it's only four or five miles down the road. He must be their biggest 'name' in their squad for quite a while.

Since the legend that was Gary Evans? Or Tony Galvin, maybe....
These go to eleven.

Eh, don't knock West Auckland Town, the original winners of the World Cup!

Very true, and made into an excellent film in the early 80's, The World Cup - A Captains Tale with Dennis Waterman & Tim Healy.

Legends they may be but the biggest prat awardwith a Goole connection would easily be claimed by terry curren

and on another note Ryan Williams may well be looking for another club as unfortunatley it looks as though Blackwell MW may fold

they also withdrew from the FA Cup

an apparent dispute with the cricket club about ground development/improvements. It's a bit like Matlock's, a shared football/cricket pitch, I've seen us play them in 3 PSFs but we haven't played them since Dave Bentley threatened to take the players off the pitch due to the home sides violent play in a youth game.

Last season was their most succesful for years ie their acceptance to the FA Cup, however their management team have been poached by Arnopld Townwhich is one of the reasons .There is an opportunity of a life line with a vacancy in the Central Midlands if they should apply and would bring about a local clash with the newly admited AFC Scab or whatever they choose to call themselves
