Oldham Athletic on a two year deal, thought he played well when he was first on loan from Middlesborough but seemed to loose confidence after a while.

Could have been a decent signing for us to cover both left back and central. Seemed to lose confidence when in our dire run of results after a good start. Thought he had a very good game at left back in the game at Hillsborough.

He played very well at Hillsborough but his confidence after that went from bad to worse!!!

Think i'd rather drop down two leagues than play at Boundary Park.

Last appearance for us against Oldham, when we got hammered. Didn't he leave the pitch laughing with a member of the opposition? There's a conspiracy theory, my friends.

Went downhill rather quickly after a tidy start. I recall him pulling out of a tackle for no reason against Torquay (them attacking away end, on West Stand side) and thinking "Bottler!" That was him done here, for me.

Absolutely agree, him and the on-loan keeper were embarrassing for us that day at Oldham. Not a signing I would have been impressed with for us. Seems to have the skill, but not the application!

Whatever he goes on to do he'll always be tarnished by that calamitous goal v Oldham in my eyes...Odabeyi, Grounds, Sodeburg - shambles

Pea-hearted in my opinion. When the going got tough he went missing.

Inclined to agree, but he might have a different outlook if he was our player rather than just on loan?
