I was thinking that the teams in the early rounds might have been left to either of the assistants to organise. If so, they did an excellent job.
JS would surely have run things for the final, and should take the credit, but I don't think the players have given less than their best.
JS keeps telling us the players don't listen, but he's had 30 players under him this season and they can't all be ignoring him. What exactly does he tell them? We've never heard what this match-winning advice is.
