It's one thing to ask a proven pro to play out of position, but Sheridan's asking inexperienced youngsters to adopt unfamiliar roles when they've all on just doing their normal job.
If he pulls it off the Manager can claim credit for his audacity, if we lose the blame has to lay at his feet.
Little unfair Chris (though I can see what you are saying) as Ridehalg and Mendy wouldn't have given the team much, so a waste of two players for me. Keep it narrower and tighter and reply on the awkwardness of Mendy and the pace of Ajose and the trickery of Jack to get us a goal. IF they trouble us down the wings then we may have to reshape, but they don't sound as though they are so far to be honest.
Like I say not the way I'd lineup, but for me better than the 4-4-2 when we've poor wingers.

I was confident before I knew how they were lining up Bonny. Less so now. Thomo at RB has 'game changing mistake' written all over it. With those players, the positions should have picked themselves. Lowry and Davis in the middle is a necessity for me. Why are we suprised though Bonny?
Lowry and Davis are in the middle??
