Two friends and I are aiming to visit each of the 92 football league grounds in 92 hours in aid of the Sir Bobby Robson Foundation.

I was wondering if anyone else had already done this challenge? if you have, please share your experiences with me.

If there are any businesses out there who wish to sponser the event to help with the considerable cost (fuel for 2339 miles!) please let me know. All sponsers will receive a thank you and a link from my website to their business page.

Thanks.

JB

There was a group did it back in 2001 fundraising for Chesterfield FC - including going to Valley Parade in the middle of the riots! Big Al, Jesus John, Plummtree amongst others. I remember welcoming them back at Saltergate at about 3am one morning!

Thanks for the links. It looks like the challenge is possible if it has already been done in 67 hours! Just hope it will be possible with only 3 drivers!

If you've got half a day to spare I'm sure Plum will fill you in on all the details, including the post trip joke book he compiled.

Not a problem mate.

Hope it is something that will help you out and cut certain costs.

I admire anyone who does things for charities.

It certainly will! I really appreciate your kind offer. I emailed GK Ford today to see if they would provide a car, fingers crossed!

If not try Enterprise, they helped us out with a van for a charity walk.
