CFC - No reason to deny it. But since then, we have moved on, and so has the FL with the introduction of the fit and proper persons test-such as it is.

Your trying to put all of your issues on previous regimes, yet your current board broke the rules with almost the fisrt act.

our current board didn't take us into administration or get the club into debt it simply rescued the club and any company coming out of admin has to go through a CVA..

would you pay some one else's debt?...

Oh dear me the red boarding has gone onto the side of the stadium, how tacky is that ? I suppose a Rotherham business based wood yard gave you that to get it out of their yard

simple thing boy we play in red, no matter what colour went up a simpleton would make some excuses to have a go... look on in envy.

Yes, but at that point, there was an agreement to pay all footballing debts 100% to at least keep the clubs on a level playing field, which CFC did, A club that went bust after us, (bradford? Barnsley?) refused to do, saying they didn't need to by law, after that happened the 10pt rule came in.

And remember, PAC, the fraud you didn't like was an act by rotherham man convicted fraudster darren brown © who defrauded the club. He took money out of the club for himself and other uses, It wasn't the club that was convicted of fraud, it was the victim of it.

Edit: I guess i shouldn't be surprised at you line of attack, you've shown no sympathy for the rotherham based victims of rotherham FC's financial merry-go-round, It not surprising you have no empathy for a rival club.

if i remember right did the FA want to increase the point deduction, you got away very light...

we went into admin twice that's why the point's deduction but i rather that happen then commit an illegal act of fraud..

Wasnt the second one for coming out of admin illegally leaving loads out of pocket which is practically the same thing?

Let me once again remind you that the 'illegal act of fraud' was carried out by a scumbag from ROTHERHAM!

You conveniently fail to comment on this.

Why I have got a 9 page thread on NY?

Yes, I know I don't have to read it and for the most part I haven't.

Frankly for me and probably on the part of the vast majority of Spireites, who cares a jot about Rotherham....? The fact they have have to post about how much bigger and supposedly better the stadium with the joke name is (I still chuckle everytime I hear it btw) indicates an inferiority complex. Tell 'em to get over it. I'm more than happy with what we've got and potentially will have and when we increase the b2net to 14,000 wo, wee!

We are in good hands, everything is under control, we know the income and expenditure and are therefore able to budget and plan for 'controlled' growth.... Rotherham on the otherhand can only hope that they will be able to balance the books. Well, as I said earlier... 'who cares?'. It might be a nice day out for us 1 day. lol!

Ps, just had an idea. Can we move this thread to a new section called 'From Wanabees of other clubs' ?

As opposed to a legal act of "I will just not pay for services and f*** someone else over"

Are you lot totally simple? The thread was started by Town fans. The Millers (pac and myself) merely replied to the nonsense!

As said by a Rotherham fan in our office "it's not even our colour red"
And simpleton ? I just looked that up in the dictionary and hey presto there you are with your 3 eyes and 15 fingers

Your imaginary Rotherham friend is wrong. That is exactly our colour red, and has been for about 70 years. As for looking cheap, it's pretty amusing you feel that way when my shed rises as high as your ground and the bent
lampposts outside are supposed to resemble some sort if artistic impression of faulty construction in the town centre.

Still, crooked spire, crooked club!

Comparing the NYS to the b2Net is like comparing St Tropez to Ingoldmells; completely futile.

Mate, I've just had a look at the photos. It appears to me you got one big stand, which looks quiet impressive. But as for rest, they look like poor relations and the view from the top of your posh stand to the one opposite, well that stand actually does look like the Deva.

Yes, you might be correct that all your stands are taller than ours, but fortunatley for us we chose not to build on a flood plain. Hope you enjoy it. Now can we have our m/b back?
