I know I'd be able to in person, just want to see if I can over the phone as won't be able to go down.

Well surely as a season ticket holder you do it online?

Warning Upcoming rant......

What absolutely baffles me is if you have purchased tickets online (and it has been up and running since at least the Oldham league game) then they hold your purchase history (you can view it).

So why restrict general sales to the Oldham/Exeter games?

Why have we sold 2800 to the Pigs?

I bet there will only be a few hundred more than there was against the Urinals in total, take away the extra policing and stewarding and any profit will be minimal.

******* barking mad

Yes, your id should be on your season ticket paper work

If you don't know it, phone the club, get your id and while your on the phone double check that you can purchase as many tickets online as you want.

If the system doesn't allow that, then god help us!!!!

I've reset my password and logged in for the first time. The only problem all seats show in pale green and are 'unavailable'! If I go to the Charlton game they're dark green and I can do what I like.

On this occasion I really wanted Wednesday to get through as can't make it and was hoping for a rearranged fixture, plus despite the personal travel difficulties I always think a night match makes for a better atmosphere.

Well maybe you do have to present your season ticket or LC in person if so that is pathetic and the system is ****

Plan B would be to phone them up with your season ticket details (and address) and either get them to post them or pick them up on the day.

If they don't oblige then they need shot

It is unbelievable.

In 40+ years of watching a shambolic club, I have never known such poor decision making

I have, turning season ticket holders away on the night of the Carlisle utd home game in 1995 as a result of letting in too many pay on the gate fans, how to totally p**S off your core fan base!

If we were doing as well as we should be, you would be on the phone for two hours listening to MOTD theme music before being cut off

Just like last year

If we are so shambolic and you hate it so much, why have you spent 40 years watching us? Surely, after 40 years you know what we're like...

So when you log on as a season ticket holder why are the available tickets (for the Sheffield game) shown in light green , i.e. not for sale yet

The online ticket works fine, as a rule

The police have insisted that we only sell to confirmed fans.

The checks we put in place for the Sheffield United game turned out to be too restrictive.

Normally anyone can buy tickets using the on-line system but this is not possible for the Wednesday match because of the police advice. This means available seats are indicated but not for sale. I thought it might have been possible to reset the system to allow the additional purchases by season ticket holders but I guess if one person bought an excessive number then the Club might want to check that.

At the AGM Barrie Hubbard suggested that anyone who could prove they were a supporter would be accommodated, whether it was by means of a purchase history, shareholding or (I guess) supporters club membership. However I think sales at this point will all be through personal representation rather than by electronic means.
