They can't because they know it's all made up and will get found out by others more in the know and would rather believe their own versions drilled across by lies from their club. LOCAL ROTHERHAM business's are having nothing to do with the ground or the club.

Do Rotherham Utd own the land the ground is built on or is it leased?
Rotherham own the land the stadiums on but lease the land were the car park is going....
Do Rotherham Utd own the stadium at the end? If they do what do the private investors get for the money they have piled in as you say they have?
Yes! Rotherham own there stadium and as for the private investors i don't know what they get but as they are the owners i guess the pleasure of seeing the Millers back in town.....
How are you paying any monies back that you owe from the build?
don't owe any monies ...
Surely the word 'investors' tells you all you need to know PAC, look it up.

So to clarify, the stadium will be owned by Rotherham united, the investors have paid for it, there are no interest repayments, the investors have no claim over the ground, its been handed to the club?
They investors are not really investors, its a 17 million pound gift from locals who wanted to get the club back into the town, there is nothing to psy back and every penny of the huge increase of revenue that still come into the club can be used to improve the squad?
They did it for the love of the club?

ANOTHER Rotherham fan on here? Honestly I see more of you lot than I do my fellow Spireites.
Yes you've got a new ground, yes it's very nice and shiny, yes it has an abysmal name... now sod off to your own board and stop coming on here either trolling or showing off or looking for sympathy or whatever it is you sad South Yorkshiremen seem to want to do here. We are Chesterfield, and we're better than you. Case closed.

No-one in the world gifts £17million out for free without regaining the money in some way shape or form...if he believes that he/she is deluded. Any business doing that deserves to go to the wall...
I would guess the investment has been in the form of loans and the private investors will be getting their interest along the same lines as Mr Allen does...
