I say well done to Capello. If he has got a problem with the FA's decision over the captains armband being taken off Terry then i admire his loyalty to Terry. Most managers, even if they disagreed with the decision wouldn't dare say anything against the FA,this shows Capello is no yes man for the FA.
Capello is right to speak out in my opinion as we pride ourselves in this country of being innocent until proven guilty. Its a shame the FA dont share this view.

 Biggest problem football authorities have is inconsistency.Jumped on the Suarez case straight away.Did nothing in the Terry case and left it to the police. Now trying to show sort of action since the case has been "convieniently" put back.
But the FA are Capello's employers and he has broke rank. He's already stated he's going in July but at present has landed himself with a heck of a problem with squad morale and put his job on the line.

Its a case of cutting off your arm to spite your face or whatever the phrase is. Dont like Terry but Capello rates him as captain; and he used to he a pretty good player. Innocent until proven guilty but the FA backed themselves into a corner after Suraez.

In the Suarez case, the CPS deemed there wasn't enough evidence for a prosecution to stick in court, the CPS in the Terry case believe there is hence why the FA can't do anything about it....and no the FA didn't jump straight onto the Suarez case it took a whole 2 months before the investigation was allowed, only which took place after the CPS had made the decision...

In any other job, an employee would have been suspended while the investigation took place....Terry is lucky he has only the captain's armband taken away...

If I was in charge he would have been suspended from all football whilst the investigation was on-going and if found guilty never be allowed to play again...The bloke is a first class ****

Capello guided us effortlessly to world cup2010 and euro 2012 and not his fault ref misses a goal 2 yards over line

No doubt. But perhaps it is his fault that he took Carrick ahead of Scott Parker, Sean Wright-Phillips ahead of Walcott & played Rob Green instead of Joe Hart. Persisted with Rooney despite the fact he was poor, perhaps due to the prostitute shambles, then picked Upson ahead of Ledley King & Gareth Barry who was less effective than a traffic cone. He seems to have learnt form this though.

I dont like Terry but what will the court case lead to? If its a ban JT could go to the European Court of Human Rights; it could easily be overturned. I doubt if what he did would have led to a similar case if it had occurred in any other European league. And then what ? Bans for homophobic comments on the pitch? Anti Welsh or Scottish comments? Anti-stoutish comments or abuse if you're thinning on top?
The day i cant slate people for being from Yorkshire or Mansfield or the shandy drinking south is not one i look forward to.

innocent til proven guilty yes...

but in most cases, people are generally suspended from work whilst an investigation takes place...instead, are we saying we should let this absolute moron, who has already had more lives than a cat, have the honour of
leading us into a major championship?

What about people who are remanded in jail for months and months only to be found innocent? What about the people locked up in that jail ran by us and the USA. They have been locked up for years without any charges brought. Losing the captaincy is trivial

What if someone made a similar allegation against some of the more presentable players in the England squad, either with or without foundation. Would it be fair for the like of Hart, Parker, Wilshire etc to be suspended from playing on the basis of an unproven allegation ?

Furthermore if Terry had been suspended from playing & the charge is not proven or overruled by the European Court. The FA would be faced with a bill running into millions for loss of earnings. I appreciate the principles, but wouldn't the FA be better spending that money on something else.
