Been a frustrating summer all round waiting for signings that haven't arrived especially in the striker department,i'm sure JS is equally frustrated. In the previous season Bournemouth went up from div 2 to 1 and made a very good fist of it, i'm not completely sure but i don't think they made too signings to acheive this, my feeling is we can compete in league one especially at home with what we have and who knows once the season gets underway we may see one or two more new faces. On sunday i listened to Ebdon and williams stressing continually the strength of having a "good dressing room" and just how vital that is to getting results on the pitch and we certainly seem to have a squad who get along, i dunno but who does may be we just might surprise a few people this season.

Good point. But until signings are made, people will say wanting a 'good dressing room' is a cover up for the 'failings of the club'.

I can't wait until we sign a striker, not for the team, just so I can enjoy being on the Board again.

if u think signing a striker will stop the endless moanin on here then you are sadly mistaken. if and when we do sign one it will be the wrong one. we will be lackig ambition if we haven forked out a £200k for him. then we will need a winger to provide the service of course or another striker to compliment him. its like when a woman (or RPL) buys a handbag. she then needs shoes to go with it then a top or dress and bling to match.
