Just spoken to my mate who is a Burnley season ticket holder. Said decent footballer but a bit lightweight. Probably stronger now and should get stronger still as the season goes on. (if he plays)

One interesting note on the RPL / Randall debate, RPL on many a thread stated our midfield doesnt score enough goals... here though he openly wanted us to sign Randall, a midfielder that has played 38 league games at senior level and scored one goal.

I don't think this is a gamble at all. I can't believe this is Shez's main midfield signing. So a one year deal for someone with a good pedigree but who has to prove himself and who won't be on big money seems low risk to me.

Fantastic signing for me, anyone who can slate the lad before he's kicked a ball for us is bordering on pathetic. He obviously has raw talent, something our manager can manipulate and we could seriously have a talent on our hands, Sheridan knows what he's doing he's the man to get Mark back on track imo.
