I sent the head of research the badge the morning it was announced, they already had it in the game!
By the way it's me that you complain at for the stats.
The game will reduce / increase stats as it sees fit on start up. so what i submit might not appear the same in everyone's game.
I agree about the low stats but, frankly, thats the players fault. I only get to rate players in certain ranges depending on where the club finished in the table, i've had to down rate them year on year for ages, nothing is more demoralising . The rating are complicated again by the fact that attributes are weighted, so if a winger has good pace/ acceleration/ Crossing ratings, you'll have no points left for anything else.
As for allot, 8 is decent passing for L2 But the electronic Allott has really good ratings for some stats you can't see, composure, concentration, consistency and decisions. I used him all the way through my promotion from L2 in FM11 (top for ages then injuries to davies, lester, talbot and mattis put a dent in that and went up through the play-offs) .
I have to do the mid-season update in a month or so, so any changes you want, please post em here. remember a 10 is above average for our division.
I know that most of the new guys / Loans need sorting,
most of them i haven't had in my file yet.
Also i need to get them to tweak the attendances, They are correct in League 1, but too low while battling in L2.
Also in the next submission I'll be able to increase their ratings to top of the league status, assuming the lads keep doing the business on the pitch.
How did you get the stats job for FM ?
I used to play it back in the late 90's but found it just sucked away the hours and haven't touched it since. Unfotunately over the past few years it's been replaced by a COD addiction that saps even more hours away. Fortunately I can play that on a big telly whilst lying on the settee rather rather than peering into a little computer screen.

Chesterfield always do terrible when an AI manager manages them for some reason, although they made it to the Championship on FM10 for me. That was a one off.
I'm currently doing the Unemployment Challenge which is where you start off unemployed with your reputation as 'Sunday League' and look for jobs. I managed to get a job at Aberystwyth in the Welsh Premiership and have won the league both seasons. I lost 4-3 on aggregate against Malmo in Europe though

I've got a bunch of people in chesterfield, northampton and baltimore that are all actual humans and are a good laugh to have a game with. we're not too bothered about winning, but we normally do

Saying that, nowadays, we're more of a Battlefield bunch than COD.
Chuck me your tags and i'll add you in.
I've been running FM while the mrs watches TV and COD late night recently, although that will change on friday as we're moving house and I'll be net free for a week or two

I'll shift this onto the personal or fun and games section in a bit.

Oh the horror of it all
Edit: And yes, my mate who signed up to this forum as Chezzyfan (he only posted spam pictures lol) did it to mock my Xbox Live name.

Crossing and dribbling stats of 3 & 4?!
Once he's fit and he gets playing regularly they do improve, by a decent amount. Won league 2, Davies bagged 32, Morgan 15

Also set up Arsenal as my parent club so looking at getting a few more youngsters in from them. Tried to get Somma back aswell as listed for sale at Leeds but he didn't want to drop down the divisions.
Got Sir Steve Blatherwick as coach so hopefully he will teach the defence to be a bit tighter than it is in real life!

That'd be a damn fine idea for the real team let alone on FM. One area in coaching staff with a hole in. Unless your counting the fitness coach and the physio but they've got other things to deal with other than coaching the defence.
