Against Oxford i sat in HTM at north end. Just in front of me was Chris Waddle & to my left Arron & Nivo. At start of 2nd half Dean Morgan came to sit near Arron & Nivo.As he needed to pass me i stood up. I was asking him how his scan had gone & he was answering me when the bloke at the side of me was moaning at Dean to hurry up & go past as he couldnt see. Dean told the bloke he was answering my question ( not his exact words) when the bloke again said hurry up and go past. Dean then went to sit down. I said to the bloke next to me " do you know who that was ?" He hadnt a clue. When i told him who it was he said he didnt care cos he was stood in his way !!!!

New fan syndrome, a good sign really, further illustrated by Chris Waddle choosing to watch town when the Owls are at home, yes we know it was probably because his lad was attending too, but still good to see, he was also present at yesterday's reserve game

I think i see what you're trying to get at however if Morgan was walking past me and starting having a chin wag about his injury to someone sat close by, blocking my view, i wouldnt sit there unable to see the game and think "oh, its Dean Morgan whose blocking my view of the game i've paid to see, hes a player so i better not say anything". Said fan is helping to pay said players wages.

Perhaps this gentleman didnt express himself very well but if push came to shove, i'd side with the bloke who paid and couldnt see every time.

Player he may be, but window he aint. Sit darrrrrrrn!!! :)

This thread again raises the "i go to every game; its you're first so you know nowt" argument. I saw something on another thread today about someone saying something to a new fan who after half time didnt return to his seat. Whats occurring? I'm a season ticket holder, get to many away games though not all, and think us "lots of games" fans (see how i didnt put "real") should be being damn nice to these new folk and encouraging them to keep coming.

A friend of mine went for the first time in ages on Tuesday and when he mentioned that he felt someone behind him was moaning too much, he told him he thought support rather than negitivity might help. He was told in no uncertain terms that as he isnt a season ticket holder he shouldnt say anything!!! Where do these idiots come from!!!

If you feel you have to raise issue with something said or done, engage brain before mouth is put in gear please.

You can have to wait for up to 2 weeks for any scan results, unsure if club could get it done any quicker if they paid but whats the point it is not going to heal any quicker.......

I suppose it's no win. If Morgan hadn't stopped to chat, he'd have been accused of being ignorant and not being 'in touch' with the fans who help pay his wages.
