only 2 players can play left back, either robertson or morris,if burton play a 5 man midfield and yet again we struggle, would it not be wise to recall clay before the game so we can duplicate their system,i think a 5 man midfield of

smalley............whittaker..........................................clay...................talbot
................................................allott..........................................................

would be superior to theirs and davies could plough a lone furrow...............lets hope deano can return quickly,i believe our mini slump in form is since he was injured
ITS NOT THE WINNING,ITS THE TAKING APART

No such thing as a recall in the first month of a loan deal, they can only be inserted into the deal after the first month. There is talk that he is back with us anyway but even if he is i suspect he cant play until the loan deal expires.

It is going to be a tough game against a strong side (not in the footballing sense) buoyed by their recent 'famous' victory over us.

If we play like we did last night and at times on Saturday then we can kiss the competition goodbye. I'd like to think that the players will be up for it to 'settle the score' so to speak but am worried that in doing so one or two of them might end up suspended / injured.

I sincerely hope that they have had a shot across the bows this morning and that the are focussed in training in order to beat an average side that easily undid us with a game plan that they stuck to. We know how they will approach the game, JS has all the information needs to outthink them and get the right result - which is a win on the day, no replay please.

My team for Burton assuming Morgan is still unfit:

---------------------------------- Lee ----------------------------------
Hunt --------------- Ford ----------------- Mattis ------------- Robertson
Talbot -------------

You know what, I got that far and don't even know who to put in midfield. Allott and Whittaker didn't work last night but it worked against Aldershot so do we keep with them... argh. Missing Niven to be honest. I'd keep Jack and Davies up top and put Morris down the left.

 It's the "simple" or basic things in our game that are letting us down. Our players seem static and don't make space to recieve the ball so we don't make decent passes. We don't close the opposition down and let them play as they wish.Above all they seem to lavish in the hype of being top of the league but don't have the heart to fight to stay there.
Many a good tune
