First half sat talking to Brian Horton and Phil Brown, the main conversation from BH was regarding Danny Whittaker who he states had signed for Carlisle and then renaged on the deal to join us. Also saw Waddle, David Johnson (ex forest) and Grahame Swann. Geoff Winter andGlen Kiely (goalie). Johnny Howard walking around and Ernnie sat having a quiet minute.

Both BH and PB said the ground was a credit to all concerned.

Oh and Tommy Lee's bird said he came back half a stone over weight - I told her that was her fault.
God I hate this league.

My lad was a mascot last night, tried to get Strachan to sign an autograph and he wouldn't apparentely he's never signed an autograph before a game even as a player its a superstition, to be fair he signed loads after and was very friendly.

Saw Wardy arrive in the car park about 15 mins prior to kick off, noticed his car wasnt there after the game so he must have left early!

Kamara, McAllister, Stelling (shorter than i imagined) and Strachan were having a 'love in' on the pitch around 6.30pm and Craig Hignett came down after doing an interview in the press area.

Jamie Ward was in the players tunnell which was good for my lad because he got his autograph but to me he shouldn't have been there, he doesn't play for us anymore, by all means invite him into the hospitality but not into the tunnel area.
