We lost to a championship side, they took their chances, we played well second half, this is a cup game. I know what im more bothered about, so lets all get to port vale saturday and show some support!

Yeah maybe, still i'll leave all that to shezza. Still some real positives tonight, we tried to play football and played well at times. Cannot wait for saturday!

Fully agree Brecks nowhere near where he should have been has a rb leaving Tommy wide open and vunerable maybe he should have got a stronger hand on it although did well to get anywhere near it.It p****s me off when everone gets on the keepers back when he makes a mistake but usually it comes from people that have never stood between the sticks

No mate, usually it comes from people who know a good keeper when they see one.

Allott improved dramatically shortly after Derek Niven came on. Niven made a huge difference in my opinion.

Allott had a poor first half but Talbot proved he ain't a front man, showed very little movement and looked lost. Whitaker showed nothing until late either and whilst Mattis is neat and tidy, has scored two goals already as well, he doesn't seem to back track as quickly as he should when caught out to far forward like for their second goal.

So all shots on target are good shots then? Don't be daft

Lee should have saved the second, end of

Only mistake he made all night, but it was a big one

That was one really strange thing about the game. A guy of very limited ability in terms of passing and tackling came on and we looked a different team. Praise to Derek Niven tonight, just wish it was the norm.

Funny, I thought the fact that Brecken kept backing off from their left winger giving him way too much space was the main culprit for their second, the shot should not have happened. He is way too slow for that level of football.

I didn't say that at all,it could have gone anywhere it ended up in the net,yet again Lee was left exposed, funny how he was MOTM on saturday and then most are on his back because we lose tonight......we did not lose because of Tommy Lee....

Agree with you, but when it did happen it should have been saved. Dont you think so?

Not really getting on his back, just saying he should have saved it and from his reaction even he agrees with me
