And believe it or not.....Wait for it the kop, yes the kop, started chanting 'Mansfield' and 'come over here' ect. Then all hell broke loose. B&HA brought around 3500 fans and everyone of them came over initially to cellibrate but turned to attack the kopites and carried on through the kop on to Saltergate, Down through the town hall carparks into the town center. There was fighting all over the place. It was pritty scary at times for about 20mins or so
People say Cardiff was quite a violent end to a game. But this was worse than any before or after.......
The police were caught on the hop! It was unexpected!

Par for the course back in the day I would have thought.

Can't quite believe that the Kop were chanting 'Mansfield' even if only to wind up Brighton!

Doesn't matter who plays right back at the minute as Gray has had nothing in front of him to protect him Whalley getting dragged into middle leaving him with 2 men and whoever plays there will have same problem. He's a weak link cos he isn't a defender so we should be protecting him not exposing him which is a sad inditement when we can't do it when we've only had one up front
