TOTALLY Agree.said it for years...dont mean ya loyal just cause you have season ticket................bad management at the top..

Has to be some sort of loyality card / system etc

not the glory hunters who come when we are doing well. NAIL ON HEAD

Were was these glory hunters 2 years ago when we was having to put up with the rubbish Rico was putting out!
I was there week in week out home and away.
And all the other Mangers we have had we have been there every week coz we Love the Club not the Glory or Money!!
There is no wonder many clubs go bust nowadays its about time the Club realised its the fans that keep the club going.

As i said a minute ago....there was less than 4000 there on Saturday!! Did all these glory hunters get in without it being on the official attendance!!

The last game is going to attract more fans that normal without question but at the same time you cant expect the club to have something in place that accounts for everyones circumstances and i'm fairly sure anyone on here would admit that anyone who goes to every game home and away would probably have a season ticket!!

To me its just coming across as a bit of a rant for rantings sake.

Short of the club hand delivering a ticket to you i suspect whatever they had done you would have had to take a day of work to fetch a ticket or are you expecting them to sell them outside of normal office hours!?!?

Ticket sales are always going to happen like this and i really doubt that they are going to sell out on the opening morning with queues stretching around the ground.

Also if you take time out from your ranting to read the news article about ticket sales i believe it mentions applying for tickets by post if you really cant get to the ground.

My problem is that Season ticket holders get a Extra Ticket Why? they already have a Ticket!
Why not do a Voucher system for those who do go to most the games. Like you said about Glory hunters mate were was they Saturday under 4,000. So why did the season Ticket holders not bring a Mate that day? The club as got this all wrong. So i lose £70 having a day off work another £36 on tickets so thats £100 to watch the last game of the season. Apply by Post only if there are any Left which again is so unfair.
Just Face it the club as messed up big time unless ur a season ticket holder its Sod you!!!

Not entirely true......they've only given bournemouth 800 max, possibly only 400 and town fans have the cross street when they could easily have had a few hundred away fans wasting a load of space.

Its all about money to the Chairman, so why not look after the people who put the most money in to the club at everylevel....Money point system....

when tickets are sold for any CFC match or event, served in order of whos put the most money through the door,

You'd all be moaning if there was no ST money to allow signings ,how do you budget your spending and pay wages etc through the close season - ANSWER, season ticket sales.

Not having a go at anyone but you can look at all situations from personal perspectives, like I say surely we can help Simon out.
God I hate this league.

For the first time ever I agree with you, the upfront money helps the club stay afloat

My son and I are both season ticket holders. We are definitely not glory hunters as some think. I think it is wholly wrong that ST holders have the right to buy extra tickets IMO. The club has IMO dropped a huge clanger as per usual. Why did they not start issuing vouchers for the people who pay for each game for say the last 6 home games. So 6 vouchers = 1 Bournemouth ticket. Sell what you can to these people then offer whats left to the ST holders?

Whatever the club do there's always going to be some people who aren't happy, if people who can't get to the club need a ticket and think they might lose out surely they speak to someone who is a season ticket holder who may be able to get them a ticket before they go on genreral sale, or they could ask the club nicely if they live far away.

Lets remember we'll have cross street too though and it's not like a big cup game where it's going to sell out quickly, many people often take their time when buying tickets for an event that's weeks away, many of them also forget or leave things until the last minute, and some of them will, obviously miss out.

If someone who posts on here needs help ensuring they get a ticket, if they ask nicely, perhaps someone will sort them out with one, if they just come on here stamping both feet moaning about things then maybe not.

How many of the Season ticket holders went to Darlo/Ballmouth/Torquay and how many will be at Hereford.
This is a joke and the club do not deserve LOYAL supporters,
not the glory hunters who come when we are doing well.
Barry Hubbard should Hang his head
coz i will not be taking time off work to Que for hours.
And they wonder why so many people stay away.
Sort this out my MR HUBBARD!!

Do you want to go or not?!

In my opinion the club have done things pretty well.

there should be quite a few tickets left to go on general sale anyway, once we get past about 4500 tickets sold all the 'real' fans would have managed to get their tickets, then the part time or there for the occasion people then can try to get theirs.

Do you not even know any ST holders who will let you borrow their book so you can go and get one?

Would someone on here not offer if you asked nicely?

In my opinion the club have done things pretty well.

for big games the season ticket holders always have first advantage anyway. It's not that bad, im sure you'll get a ticket.

Agree with fishini. A st friend of mine has already secured mine but that's not the point.

We've missed out on bigger gates had we issued voucherss. Simple as.

Given the number of ST holders the club could have done both to be fair.

One idea.

Some sort of loyalty card that fans can buy each season for say £40 s year. Get £2 off on the gate each game and 2nd priority after st holders for cup games etc
.

Fair idea but...

Would enough be sold to justify set up and admin costs?

Wouldn't people find an angle to moan about that?

Maybe if the club had given out vouchers at the last home game without saying so then the regular pay on the day fans would be happy.
