Got subbed on and then a few minutes later got subbed off, and went straight back down the tunnel. But from my eyes their winger out paced him every time he got the ball. Head up Kev

no disrespect to kev,but he has completely gone at the game,i dont know what he was like in his younger days but tecnically with the ball at his feet he is as bad a player as we have had at town, its only his sheer size and strength that keeps him half competitive

Your right James, Shez made a straight swap and just switched Page and Austin over when he came on, but with Austin's lack of pace meant they had a weak spot to take advantage of.

Switching to 4-4-2 was a tactical decision and worked, Austin seem to be peeved (why wouldn't he be) but i would hope he has calmed down now as if we keep having the luck we are with injuries, we are gonna need most of the fringe players as the season progresses.

Are you sure about that? 10 players to come in!

Exactly where are we going to get 10 players from?

In my opinion:

Those in Blue will stay, reds will go and purple I am not sure about.

Of those that will go I suspect 2 or 3 will be replaced. Maybe Page will stay if he is prepared to have a drop in pay.

We still need squad players and he will do for me.

Which "10" do you think will go?

Kev although totally outclassed on the night wasn't the only one to find the winger a hand full.
God I hate this league.

So we've currently got 9 players who'll be in contract at the end of the season, 2 of those are 'keepers and 1 is a player the manager has tried to get rid of.

Out of those out, i'd hope to keep Robbo, Lowry, Rundle, and page if able to agree favourbale terms & boden. Although i fear that Lowry may have other irons in the fire ready for next season.

after a serious knee injury he will have no irons in the fire, lowry will be offered a new contract by us and he will take it,he is a good player and we need him
