Don't jump to conclusions...
He tested positive for a metabolite of sibutramine which is basicly an anti-hunger like Maski said earlier.
Most likely it was inside an integrator, the vitamin supplements that many athletes take around the world, the Fiorentina chief medic came out today and denied Mutu any wrong doing. He is going to request a counter analysis of it in order to clear his name and track down where he ingested it.

Makes sense to me. From someone on another forum. And the quote from Fiorentina's doctor;
Quote
“Sibutramine is a substance that until very recently was sold to aid weight loss, but was taken off the shelves and has been registered in the list of amphetamines banned by WADA for around four years.
“If an athlete wants to enhance his performance, there are more effective drugs. It is possible to take it unknowingly, as there are integrators sold on the internet where you can find banned substances like sibutramine.
“It would, however, be incredible for a professional athlete to take a product without tests.”
