Forgive this post, and it probably takes a few swift ones to write it. but by christ what are some of our supporters on!!
May I say that I have the utmost respect for people who give up time and money following us home and away when I`m sure many of us have better things we could spend tour money on but the attitude of some is beyond belief.
I first experienced it away at Bradford but didn`t post because a 3-0 defeat somewhat tempered my arguement..but there it was again today well before the Hereford goal infact well before the 10 minute mark!!
"Rubbish Sherridan", "bring Rico back", "you`re not interested", "just picking up your wages", "feck off Allot you`re rubbish", "fecking retire Jack", "you havent a clue Sherridan"..and thats those I can remember..
To all those who spouted those remarks or similar..you need to see a doctor regarding anger management because regarding football, well you`re clueless..

Very, very strange. Fair dooze, people pay their money and travel the country - but seriously, all these armchair managers/players have no clue. They say every club has them, but I have never known fans who crave disappointment as much as ours.

You only needed to hear Shez on Radio Sheff to realise that we have some bizarre fans. Obviously something he never received at Oldham.

Will anyone on here 'fess up to making the above comments?

And believe me they were made, the four blokes at the back of me were amazing seemed more concerned that a beach ball had scored for Sunderland than what was happening in our game, thats until a pass went stray then the bile started.. it really fecks me off..

I can understand it if folk say, why is player xxxxx out so wide, or why is xxxx so deep etc.

It's pure ignorance and you actually do find that throughout football. I just worry that we're going to scare off a potential top manager, who could prove to be the best thing to happen to this club for years, just because of the mindless idiots.

In pro footy, those who have success are winners.

JS played at the highest level, and away from home would have had tens of thousands giving it large. It didnt stop him becuase he had the ability and was a winner. Something a talented former goal keeper of ours should take note of.

A few dozen loudmouths wont bother JS in the least. What will bother him is the prformance of players, and a failure of both his game plan, and a failure(maybe) of players to carry out this game plan.

Why don't you just tell them? Usually when they are totally clueless they just shut up if they can't articulate an arguement

Luckily Sheridan and the players don't here the majority of 'terrace coaches' who's comments are lost in the general noise - I felt sorry for the lino, he coped for some terrible stick - I have to admit though, he had a stinker.

They were doing it last season, only not to the same extent because we were playing better away from home.

Same mindless rubbish which has no useful purpose at all. I don't remember you complaining about it last season though - wasn't it just other peoples opinions then?
