derbyshire police and chesterfield courts are a joke !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
just been looking at banning orders for chesterfield fc and they have more banning orders than chelsea ? are the courts and the police force getting a bonus of the fa for how many they give out ? found a list off many surporters given bans
paul browett 25 banned for 3 year fighting at chester so have the following
alex bannister 21 year old
peter scott 47 year old
lee clay
stephen hind
carl hale
matt kirk
stephen hall
nat whitehead
matt cukurus
ricky coates
david hardy
iain dick
paul chell
glen bloom
plus 5 under age

all the above have been done for fighting and disorder either at chester or in chesterfield against mansfield !!!!!!
so why has my best mate just got 1 for singing get your tits out also at chester
plus singing with a group of younger chesterfield fans .
is it a crime now to even be seen with younger surporters
a banning order is surposed to be given out for fighting or they may be a threat of this person causeing a fight this man is classed as disabled for gods sake
this is derbyshire police force and the courts gone mad
this year alone derbyshire police force have given chesterfield fc 58 banning orders todate.

Well if someone singing that song gets a banning order of the same amount of time of someone who`s been violent it does seem to be unfair.

The majority of those convicted at Chester pleaded guilty to affray and that was over a year ago. Derbyshire Times version.

Was you "mate" convicted as a result of his activities at the same game?

Actually it is not the police that set banning orders but magistrates (usually District Judges) or, as in this case, Crown Court Judges.

they didnt plead guilty to affray half did the other half didnt it still got them a ban and my m8 got done been surporting chesterfield for 16 year now been to every home and 80% away games and in the last 6 mounths and 4 games later gets a ban what crap the police ask for court if they can give a ban
