We are getting a good stadium, one for the youngsters to be proud of.

Reading the facilities etc page the stadium seems a bit of an after thought along side everything else.

Have the plans for the ground been revised - or does Uncle Barrie have inside info that Southampton will get promoted. Let me know and I'll get some money on!

I don`t think we should be comparing our ground and our resources to a premiership ground that hosts a league 1 football team. I think we`re in a far superior position off the field than the sad saints, our grounds gonna be a luxurious palace compared to most of the grounds we`ll be visiting next season, we`ll probably be the snobs of league 1 lol.

You said best stadium in league 1!!
In no particular order, off the top of my head:
MK Dons
Southampton
Huddersfield
Leeds
Charlton
Norwich
Colchester
and possibly by then:
Reading
Barsnley (3/4 ground)
Ipswich
Notts County

I think the OP thinks that a social club = better facilities, conviniently forgetting everything else thats going into the build. If you compare the 2 grounds I think it shows where the clubs have come from and where they are likely to end up.

Better facilities?
Well a training pitch and social club, but only facilities in one stand.
We will have the community stuff, including a GP in the other stand, have 4000 more capacity, and concourses serving drinks etc while they have solid terrace.
Thier ground will be like chesters Deva ours will be more like shrewsbury with 2 stands having extra stuff.

3 sides of terrace!! Its nice to see that some clubs take into consideration what the fans want.
