2) is an interesting one. You'd expect it not to be, unless any new company chose to honour them. Pompey sold lifetime season tickets for about £2000 apiece in an hour of need about twenty years ago, and still honour them, despite falling into admin in the mean time. The guys who bought them are laughing, now!
