:( What the hell happened? What went wrong, I dont know and I was there! Started off well and if we took our chances could have been at least 3 up at half-time. Second half, they bring on an extra midfield and we dont react, begging for extra width we persist with narrow plays and balls down the middleto the diminutive Ward no less instead of Fletch. The classy interactive play we witnessed last week between Dowson and Ward never surfaced today. Ricos substitutions didn't work and we never got into it, talk about a game of 2 halves. Tactically inept, we deserved all we got which unfortunately aint going to get us into the play-offs. MOTM for me was Hawkins. Season still not over but the fat lady is warming up.

A pretty fair summary I went for Leven as mom

btw your or Simons 500 yards to the pub was a little optimistic seemed alot further
50+ points survival
72+ points Play off's
83+ points Party Time

 We thought the same, it was a local who told us it was 500 yards, well worth it for the pint of Black Sheep though. Back to the MOTM,thought Leven got stuck in but lacked leadership and influence. As captain he should have liased with Rico regarding getting some width in our game. Hope we manage to keep Hawkins for two reasons, 1) Dont think Kovacs will be with us next season. 2) Will make a worthy successor to Leven as captain when he jumps ship.

Your probably right Rich..... I thought it was a *&@%*^$ long 500 yards!

That second half today has got to be one of the most disappointing Ive had as a Spireite.
