:P I'm not particularly calling for the manager to be sacked, just making the opinion that I don't think he is "doing ok".

Well he is doing ok, were in a play off place. He would being doing fantastically well if were were in the top 3 and badly if we was mid table. What is ok then in you're opinion ?- winning the league with a 100 points?

:P No, just sorting out a reasonable squad of size and quality. Of course winning a few of the matches we should have won would have improved our position.

Would promotion, with a weaker squad be "ok"?

The board can help to rectify the squad next thursday(I think thats when the window opens), if they back him with the money to bring in good loan players.

:P After Rico's comments regarding being after a couple of experienced players a few weeks ago, followed by Hubbards "no knowledge" of any such players. There seems to be a lack of communication between Board and Manager. But we shall see, as I said before next 2 weeks critical for Rico.

Could be far too late then.

Loan deadline 7th?
Then games against Peterborough & Hereford along with a tough trip too Grimsby. Could be well and truly finished by then if we dont get anyone in and get a good haul of points from those games.
Town, Town will tear you apart..again!

Don't make me laugh, his man management skills remind me of of capt MANNERING.I think his absence @ christmas and the results at that time speaks...VOLUMES about him,he's way out of his depth.

Why's that? None of us fully know what his "man management skills" are like as most of his 'man management' will take place on the training ground / in his office.
