Listening to Keith Hacket, he said the reason refs didn't apply the 6 second rule is that they thought the punishment was far too severe. It was them that put forward the less severe alternative so hopefully they will apply it this time.

If we allow ourselves the leeway of naming Mandy as a CM, we can now name a first choice 11 where only the CH positions have no players under 30.

I thought he was purely a left back, but if he can play there then that might be PCs thinking.

With Donacien and Williams still to accept new deals and a question mark over Dunkley then i agree with you, we are still light but 2 out of those 3 may give PC the cover he needs?

Williams would be decent cover, definitely.

I'd prefer someone younger than Stevens. Getting on a bit, potential for more injuries, etc. That said, if you have Naylor and Stirk playing in front of you, you'll be much less exposed and your job will be a bit easier (I'd expect).

Anyone can get injured at anytime regardless of age

It’s been reported on here a few times that Dunkley is ‘fit and ready to go’
