If a season ticket holder cannot attend a particular game, is it possible to assign it to someone else for that game?

cant you just give it to someone and then get it back off them?

No it’s a bit difficult logistically to do that. I’m away for the first game and the two over Christmas, would prefer to have another voice supporting the team rather than an empty seat if possible.

In theory if we get the option to have season tickets in phone wallets i believe you can send it to someone to use on their phone for a game. Sunderland used the same ticketmaster system we have last season and had all phone based season tickets last season and did instructions on how to do it.

This was my concern with having the ST on my phone.

I’m away for the first two home games of the season and ordinarily I’d have just left my card for whoever wanted it but it’s not quite so easy on a phone. Hopefully there’s a way.

I have a season ticket and each year my match tickets are loaded on it.
In the wallet of my android phone I have a digital CFC card.....how do I load my season ticket on to it ??

If it's already in your wallet it should bring each game up as needed
So just hold your phone to the reader as if to pay cardless

Yes that’s right
I had one for the last 10 games to trail it, worked very well baring the one time it didn’t work when going through a side gate with the hand scanner which i reported.

Could you post it to them if you know your away?
And they immediately put it in an envelope and post it back to you straight after the match?

Thanks for the pointers chaps, but it is difficult for me because:

1. It is a digital season ticket;
2. Chesterfield is circa 30 miles from where I live; and
3. I don’t, personally, know enough people in Chesterfield to send a season ticket to, even if I held a physical one

That said, if the facility is available to assign individual games, there will be a seat in the North Stand for the Barrow game, free of charge.

Whats the crack with the digital season ticket option? I know they said they hoped to have them available but when i renewed the only option was to load to my existing card or pay to have a new card. Ideally i'd like to have my season ticket on my phone just for ease really.
