I think we are still keeping our powder dry for the January window.

Nurse!

Of the four strong rumours, what I reckon will be the best trio have signed so far. Markanday was too good for League Two the moment he set foot on the pitch at Crewe and continued to really make his mark. The club must see Hemming as an investment if they’ve paid a fee. Stirk seems bang on for what we need, too.

Not we’re not, we’re doing exactly what we did after the Wembley defeat, we’re assembling a squad right at the onset of the season

My mind went back to 1990 when the only signing was John Cooke, but I get what you mean and fair point
These go to eleven.

squad shaping up nicely and clear there is a real strategic plan in place, we have experience in the building but have also signed players now in that 22-28 bracket, wonder if the next signings will be in the under 23 age bracket?

Why? Not a chance we are doing that! Why would you hang on til January when you could be way off the pace and generally it’s harder to get decent players in then, as last season proved, and more expensive.

That’s top of the nonsense you’ve posted.

He’s either going to be involved with Stoke or league one bound. Unless we offer a deal they can’t turn down then they’ll want to see him playing higher up than league two.

So you know this as a fact or just your opinion? So he's involved with Stoke or league 1 bound unless we offer better? which is it? would he want to come?

Neither you nor me have any real clue, opinions are fine lets stick with that.

Whole host of reasons he’s not league 2 bound to us or anyone else in my opinion. Far more chance of us getting someone like Brown at Derby.

After the Mason Bennet loan I’m not too worried that we don’t!
