Huge if true. You should really pass this on to the football club rather than wasting time on here. Also, make sure they know how he got on at Orient. They probably missed that!

I’ll reserve judgment until I’ve seen him in blue. If he does well, we’ve got our goalkeeper cemented for the next three years. If he doesn’t, we’ve got a more than competent one already in the squad that can take his place. No panic needed.

So that points haul was entirely down to the keeper then was it with no regard for the other 10 players on the pitch? Ridiculous.

No it's not entirely down to the goalkeeper, but the contrast is quite noticeable. Same set of players suddenly started averaging over twice as many points when the change was made. This entire change isn't completely on the keeper, but it seemed to have some sort of impact.

We'd be coming to similar conclusions if it was happening with our gks.

And that’s the reality.

For the vast majority of us that don’t watch a lot of other teams and therefore don’t have an encyclopedic memory of players up and down the leagues, our opinions are formed after at least seeing them play for us, or at least they should be!

I was asking for a link to their forum just to read what they said about him.Not interested in the stats as I have faith in PC and his team to bring in players they have faith in.
I am not of the technical type and I know some on here can post a link quicker than I can open Google.
You have a tendency to be quick to jump on posters, quite often negative,and starting to give the impression only your opinion matters, suppose you are in good company on here at times.

How do you know it was the same set of players? Could have been several issues elsewhere.

Watching a couple of Hemming's bloopers on their highlights and I can see why some Orient fans have downer on him. Look at the stick Thompson has had from a few on here after nothing like that. It won't be pretty if he starts off on similar form.

Most seem to think he is a decent player as you'd expect.

It’s bizarre how quickly some people judge without even seeing a player perform for the club. Clearly, the coaching staff saw something in him, enough to offer a three year deal and pay a fee. I’d rather trust the football professionals making these decisions than fans who seem more interested in spreading negativity.
